01Acceptance
By downloading or using Désire-moi, you accept these terms and Apple’s App Store terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the app.
02Adults only
The app is intended exclusively for people aged 18 and over, or the age of majority in their country if higher. Every player must be an adult and take part freely.
03Consent above all
Désire-moi suggests; it never imposes. Every participant keeps the right to decline, adjust, pause or stop at any time, with no explanation. The app’s suggestions never replace each person’s free, informed and ongoing consent. No mission should be carried out without the clear agreement of the person receiving.
04Your responsibility
You are responsible for your choices and actions. Respect your limits and health, and those of others. Adjust or decline any suggestion that doesn’t suit your physical condition, an injury, an allergy or any other personal situation. When in doubt, don’t.
05Not medical or therapeutic advice
Désire-moi is a game. It is not medical, sexological or psychological advice and does not replace a professional’s opinion.
06Respectful use
The app must not be used to pressure, manipulate or make anyone uncomfortable, or in the presence of minors or non-consenting people.
07Intellectual property
The app, its texts, sounds, logo and design are protected. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app under App Store rules.
08Availability
We do our best to keep the app working well, but it is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We may update, change or remove features.
09Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the creators of Désire-moi shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
