01Our commitment
Désire-moi is an intimate game. We designed it to know nothing about you beyond what it needs to play, and so that nothing leaves your device.
02Data we don’t collect
We do not collect, store, sell or transmit any personal data. The app has no account, no server, no ads, no trackers and no analytics. The App Store privacy label reads “Data Not Collected”.
03What stays on your device
Players’ names or nicknames, session settings and your limits are kept in memory on the device for the length of the session. Some preferences, such as language, narrator voice or text size, may be saved locally for your next sessions. None of this is sent anywhere.
04Moment to talk
The end-of-session questions are meant to be said out loud. The app records no answers, no text and no audio. It does not use the microphone.
05Apple Watch and heart rate
If you allow it, the watch app reads your heart rate from Health (HealthKit), only to animate the logo to your heartbeat during the session. The reading is processed on the watch and is never saved, written to Health, transmitted or used for advertising. You can revoke this permission anytime in Health settings.
06Sensors and voice
The motion sensor is used only to detect the shake gesture that rolls the dice. The narrator uses the speech voices built into iOS, on device. Communication between iPhone and Apple Watch goes directly through Apple’s services, between your two devices.
07This website
This section only concerns the desire-moi.com website, never the app. To measure site traffic and the effectiveness of our campaigns, we use Google Analytics 4. It sets measurement cookies and collects browsing data: pages viewed, where the visit came from, device type, approximate country, clicks to the App Store. We don’t use it for targeted advertising and don’t link it to any information that identifies you. These cookies are only set with your consent, given in the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your mind anytime with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page, in your browser settings, or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Our host may also keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for site security.
08If you write to us
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply. We share them with no one, and you can ask us to delete them.
09Adults only
Désire-moi is intended for people aged 18 and over. We knowingly collect no data, including from minors.
10Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with its update date.
